Harvest Lunch 4th October

Come and enjoy lunch with the children at 12.00 pm in the main hall. On the menu for £1.50 per person will be home made soup, bread and cake. Tickets will go on sale from Mrs. Gunning from Monday 1st October. All children will be asked to bring in a small bag of chopped vegetables on the morning of the 4th. If anyone would like to make a cake we would be very grateful.

Chocoholics

We have some catalogues going around the playground at the moment. Chocolates for Halloween and Christmas. If you have a book could you please pass around as soon as you have finished. All payments to school or Mandy Veni made out to Fons. There is also a rep from chocoholics coming to Woodnewton village hall on Wednesday 7th November 10.00 till 11.45 all welcome.

Welcome Back

All parents, teachers and friends of Nassington School. We would like to invite all new parents in class one on Friday 28th September 12:15 till 1:15 for a health welcome lunch.

Sponsored Walk

Sunday 14th October. Come and enjoy the country side a 5 mile sponsored walk at a steady pace from Wansford rail station to Ferry Meadows. Will be meeting at 9.30 for 10 0 clock start, we have been booked for a train journey back at 1.50 per person payable before we start. This year we will be having a competition for the most money raised, also we would like the children to take pictures of the journey and collect twigs leaves anything that they can make in a collage. This hopefully will keep them busy and not go racing ahead. Sponsored forms and collage details will be given out in book bags. The walk can be done with buggies as long as you have help with the stile.

Webb Ivory

Children will start to bring the books home soon. We raised £220 in 2006 , please send orders into school with cash or cheques made out to FONS If you require personal gifts these can take longer so send your orders in ASAP.
